     I have known Triad Cutting Tools since the early 80’s. I Started doing business with the father who retired and turned the company over to his son around early 2000.

I have always had excellent service with the company and continued to get same when son took over the management. Shortly after son became in charge, he moved to a higher level of product and added more diversification to his line. I would simply say they have excellent service, high quality, and at a competitive price. My experience has been, they deliver and do what they say they will do.

     Since we changed over to Triad Cutting Tools, our tool sharpening and custom tooling problems are nonexistent. Communication, specifics, pick-up, and delivery are hassle free, and often times our re-sharps perform better than from the manufacturer (s).
